From September 4 to 7, 2019, Li Guo, deputy director of the General Administration of Customs of China, led a delegation to visit Ukraine.
Li Guo, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine Trofimtseva, and Director of the National Food Safety and Consumer Protection Agency of Ukraine Lapa on the export of Ukrainian wheat and other agricultural products to China, two-way import and export of poultry meat, and beef production enterprises in China Exchange of opinions on registration and other issues, and signed the "Memorandum of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the National Food Safety and Consumer Protection Agency of Ukraine on the export of antelope animal health certificates from Ukraine to China". Hold talks with Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Milovanov to exchange views on bilateral economic and trade relations and future cooperation directions. Exchanged opinions with the Director of the Ukrainian Customs Service Nie Feiyudov and the Acting Director of the Finance and Taxation Bureau Gutenko on information exchange, mail express supervision and cooperation under the framework of the "Belt and Road".
During the visit, Li Guo exchanged work with Du Wei, the Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine, visited Ukrainian customs supervision and inspection sites, visited agricultural and food production and processing enterprises, and went to Ukraine Shizhentang Pharmaceutical to communicate with relevant persons in charge.
